While you are out and about this season, enjoy the comfort and warmth of the Traveller Scarf Crochet Pattern.
The Traveller Scarf crochet pattern is an easy to work scarf that is worked lengthwise. The texture is similar on both sides and easy to work using a Raised Ridges stitch pattern. This stitch pattern features front post double crochet and half double crochet stitches that are worked in a slightly different way than what is traditionally seen. I look forward to showing you in the tutorial below.

What do you need to make this crochet scarf?
For my Traveller Scarf I used about 550 yards of a light weight yarn called Mandala by Lion Brand. Often, when working scarves I like to make them extra wide and so I gravitate toward the Mandala Bonus Bundle like I did in this Mocha Scarf Crochet Pattern, but here you will only need the standard size cake. This may vary if you choose to adjust the length/width of your scarf or depended on how thick and long your fringe is.
Along with your light weight yarn you will need a 5 mm (H/8) crochet hook. In the video tutorial below you will see me using a Metal Streamline crochet hook by Furls.
