The Helena Beanie crochet pattern has it all: it’s a quick project that is easy to work, features beautiful texture, and is so cozy!

The Helena Beanie is an adult sized beanie that is worked from the brim up.  It is worked in a super bulky weight yarn which means that it is super cozy and vary quick to work up.  In fact, it can be worked in less than a few hours!

The design features a variety of basic crochet stitch which includes front and back post double crochet stitches and half double crochet stitches, some of which are worked in the third loop.  Not quite sure what the “third loop” is and where to find it? Don’t worry, it is explained in the full video tutorial down below!

The Materials:

The Helena Beanie crochet pattern is a snug fitting beanie worked from the bottom up.  It is made with a super bulky weight yarn and is shown here in the Bernat Softee Chunky by Yarnspirations.  You will only need about 100 yards (or one ball) of it! Pair the yarn up with a 10 mm hook and an easy stitch pattern, and you will be surprised how quickly you can make this hat.
