Learn to crochet six comfy and cozy blankets with this new crochet pattern book by Sarah of Rich Textures Crochet entitled “Comfy and Cozy Crochet Blankets.”
I love a plush a cozy blanket on a cold day or night. And this new book includes six of these ultra soft and plush crochet blanket patterns.
They are perfect for tossing over a couch or bed, always available for when needed.
Each of the blankets is fairly easy to work and crocheted using a plush chenille yarn. In this case I used the jumbo weight Sweet Snuggles yarn by Loops and Threads, however you may substitute the yarn for another favourite, even if it’s super bulky! Along with the yarn you will need a 10mm crochet hook.
Each of the blankets are worked as a solid piece with a simple edging.
The book contains the written instructions for each of these six blankets – each with its own unique double sided texture. Along the way I share beautiful colour photos to inspire you in your design and colour choices. In each pattern I include the multiples of stitches needed for the foundation chain should you wish to change the size.
At the end of the book you will find a handy place to make notes about your work and progress and some helpful charts about crochet stitch abbreviations, yarn weight conversion and US to UK terms conversion charts.
