If you are looking for a crochet dishcloth with some fun texture, this Simple Waves dishcloth Crochet pattern will be perfect!

Perhaps you are looking to make a few dishcloths for family and friends, or perhaps to sell at a market or for your own home – you are going to love these washcloths!

They have a fun texture that is created by a variation of the chain waves stitch pattern. The chain waves create a rippled look that is to the one side of the fabric while the back is smooth. I have made mine a little on the smaller side at about 6 x 6 inches. I found them not to be too heavy in the water. I have provided the stitch multiples below however so that you may adjust the pattern if necessary.

The pattern itself is a simple two row repeat using basic stitches. These little crochet dishcloths will work up quickly. Don’t forget to tuck a few away for yourself when they are needed!
