Introducing my new favorite crochet scrubby! These scrubbies are fun and quick to make in just five rounds.
Which makes them great for your own home when you need to freshen up your supply and for when you need to toss them in a gift for a friend.
The scrubby pattern is worked in just five rounds and the design only uses a small amount of Red Heart Scrubby Yarn paired with your favourite worsted weight cotton yarn.

When working this scrubby you will hold your scrubby yarn and cotton yarn alongside one another and work with both at the same time. This makes the rough scrubby yarn much easier to work with, and allows you to play with some colour as well. You will need about 25 yards each of Red Heart Scrubby Yarn and your favourite worsted weight cotton. You will also need a 5mm crochet hook. In the video tutorial below I will be using one by Rowan Yarns.

Thank you! I love that you’ve added the extra strand of cotton yarn. I have always struggled using scrubby yarn and could never finish a project with it. I think the count on round 3 is actually the count for row 4. I really appreciate this free pattern.
