Canada Day is coming and I have scoured the internet to round up some of my favourite Canadian themed free crochet patterns!

July 1st marks an important holiday for many Canadians! Called, Canada Day, cities, town and communities across Canada will celebrate this day, often called “Canada’s Birthday.”

Why July 1st? On July 1st, 1867 the Constitution Act created Canada, joining the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario.  Over the forth coming years, more provinces would eventually join resulting in the formation of the Country that we now know today.

So on this upcoming Canada Day, show some Canadian spirit! Below you’ll find some of my favourite Canadian Themed crochet patterns – many of which, you’ll find are located here on my own blog!
