Flower Garden Bookmark Crochet Pattern

My love of books is no secret! Neither is my love for crochet bookmarks! This crochet bookmark will bring a little spring to your reading!

When I came across the crochet flower garden stitch not too long ago I was itching to try it in a small project.  And after working with it a little bit I discovered it makes a really cute bookmark!

Crochet Bookmarks:

I really love trying out new stitches in crochet bookmarks.  It allows you to get a feel for a stitch without having to work a large project.  Most of these bookmarks can be made in half an hour or less.  Also they make great gifts! I have sold many of my bookmarks locally and in craft sales for avid readers, and even for teacher appreciation gifts.

Some of the other crochet bookmarks I have designed include the Spiked Granny Bookmark | Free Crochet Pattern and the Making Waves Bookmark – Free Crochet Pattern.

Of course, I always have a few around to tuck into my own current reads.

Patons Grace by Yarnspirations

For my bookmarks I like to use Patons Grace yarn by Yarnspirations.  It is a lightweight (#3) 100% mercerized cotton yarn.  It doesn’t have to be cotton though! You may use any light weight yarn.  You will also need a 3.5 mm crochet hook.
