If you’ve ever stood beside a clear flowing river in the sunlight you may find yourself mesmerised by the light reflecting off the smooth stones below. This light weight infinity Cowl reminds me of such moments.
I picked up this yarn by Northern Bay Fibres while in Woodstock last year for the fleece festival. I fell in love! The colours reflected in it – pinks and purples, blues and browns just spoke to me of a river, the sun reflecting off the clear water as it flowed by. This is a light weight yarn (DK), and it’s blend of wool and silk gives it great drape and shape. It is soft to the touch and I think perfect for this lightweight cowl.
While I fully encourage you to check out some of the gorgeous yarns Northern Bay Fibres has available (YOU MAY DO SO MY CLICKING HERE), you may switch it up with any other light weight yarn such as a Caron Simply Soft Light.
