It seems that crochet tote bags are every where these days! Are you looking for one to show off a little Canadian Pride while out and about this summer? Look no further!

I love a handy tote bag! They are great for making a quick trip to the grocery store, or while running errands.  They are convenient for throwing a few things in as you head out the door to the beach or park.  Worked in the Canadian colours of red and white this bag makes a great accessory for those Canada Day Celebrations.

It is simple, worked primarily in single crochet stitches, and uses a little bit of colour work in order to create a maple leaf on the front.  A colour chart is provided to help show you where the colour changes are in the pattern.

The pattern will be written out in full below, but if you would like to save it to your library, or purchase a convenient pdf, you may do so through the links below:

(NOTE: The PDF Patterns also include a bonus pattern for a maple leaf potholder/hot pad!)
